q. what areas do you service
A. We are located just outside of Washington D.C. in Arlington and Fairfax, VA. We service the Mid-Atlantic region.
Q. what Types of events do you typically serve?
A. We specialize in all events ranging from Weddings, Concerts, Parties, Corporate Events, and everything in between!
Q. I’m worried my event is too big (or too small)
A. We have worked with audience sizes ranging from 50-10,000. No event is too big or too small! Please contact us for a custom solution for your event!
Q. What is uplighting (and why do I need it?)
A. Uplighting is a popular lighting technique where a number of fixtures are strategically placed around the base of a wall and aimed up. This technique allows for a number of effects, ranging from highlighting architectural features, to adding color and ambiance to a space. Our fixtures are capable of producing thousands of colors and are able to completely transform the feel of a space. We are able to match the color palette of your event, or provide additional warmth for photographs.
Q. What is a gobo?
A. A gobo is a filter placed in front of a light which allows for a pattern or design to be reproduced. These may be used in many ways ranging from adding textures or patterns to backdrops, to custom logos and monograms. Please contact us to discuss options and pricing.
Q. What types of audio solutions do you provide?
A. We are able to provide audio solutions for all types of events and spaces. We specialize in providing audio for Bands, DJs, Speakers, Corporate Events and Panels, and everything in between! Because audio requirements are heavily dependent of the talent and space, please contact us for more information!
Q. What is a cold spark fountain and is it safe for indoors?
A. Where traditional pyrotechnics rely on heat and combustion to create an effect, limiting their operation to outdoors and major venues, Cold Spark Fountains utilize compounds which glow at much lower temperatures. As a result, Cold Spark Fountains are safe for indoor operation, and the fountains are cool to the touch. Although the sparks produced are at a temperature low enough to not burn paper, we always recommend maintaining a safe distance from the effect, and keeping it away from hair spray and lace!
